Baywater Boat Club

The Bay Water Boat Club is conveniently located in Bonita Springs, right between Naples and Fort Myers. Our family has owned the property the marina sits on since the late 70 ‘s. Originally the boat slips were rented out to private boat owners on a monthly basis. During this time, we became very familiar with boating in the area and enjoyed helping others at our marina. When we heard about the boat club concept, we knew right away it would thrive with our location and our passion for the water. Outside the obvious appeal of waterfront or near-waterfront locations, this is an excellent pastime because each little island has its own society, so it’s a little bit like traveling from state to state. Islands create their own communities.
