Just when I thought customer service was dead, Kyle stepped up and restored my faith. I had spent over 1k replacing hoses and installing a stop valve with Kyle's competition. Very soon after, I started receiving messages my lift was slowly losing air. I'm not a local and winter had set in. I called Kyle and not only did I get same day service, it was almost same hour service. Not only did he tell me exactly what was wrong, he sent me before and after pictures. Instead of "wondering" if everything is ok, he proved everything was ok. Kyle has a customer for life. His price is beyond competitive and I know whether it's service or an upgrade, this guy has my business. Way to go Kyle! You're the best of the best. I had been shopping for a lift company and I found the right one.

Service in the Gravois mills, Mo area is lacking. One women retires and the whole service goes down the tube. We need better overlapping coverage than that. Your customers deserve it, don't they?
