Newport Kat LLC is our private sailing charter based out of Newport RI. We’re a husband and wife team, and really enjoy sharing our love of sailing with our guests. Our boat, AlyKat, is a 41-foot catamaran sailboat that can accommodate up to 6 people for a day sail. One full-sized guest cabin can accommodate up to 2 guests for multiple-day and overnight sails. Whether you want to explore destinations away from Newport, or you want to keep Newport as your vacation base, we can customize all trips to suit your needs and destinations wishes. If you want to learn how to sail a catamaran or learn general seamanship I will tailor the sail to be a great learning experience.
