Smith Lake Fishing Adventures

My goal is to share some of the best striper fishing in the South on Lewis Smith Lake in Alabama. It is simple! I love to fish and to share my passion for fishing with others. My name is Keith Prather and fishing has been a big part of my life since I could hold a rod. We will fish with live baits and artificial lures all seasons of the year; although, the best catching is usually with live baits. We will use blueback herring and shad legally caught on Smith Lake. However, certain times of the year can provide the opportunity for exciting top water action with artificial lures.
