Tom Krips Construction offers a full concrete shell division. We are a fully licensed General Contractor. Shell construction is the completion of the slab, tie beams [if present, specialty stairs] and roof system. We also perform remodels, from single room to major remodels of entire existing homes. Our shell division is directed by Kevin McCarty and Gunnar Dickson. We are proud to say most of our supervisors have been with us 20 years plus. Our shell division also performs specialty slabs, driveways, and anything where concrete is utilized. We work with licensed Contractors and homeowners alike. We have several awards for outstanding work from the Construction Association of South Florida.
