Founded in 1909, the Branford Yacht Club is located near the mouth of the Branford River. The marina consists of five docks and twenty-three river stakes that can accommodate yachts as large as sixty feet. The club offers membership to those residents of New Haven County at least twenty-one years of age. The beautiful buildings and grounds are meticulously maintained by both the members and the staff of the Branford Yacht Club. In addition to expertly maintaining the facilities, our staff also tends to the gas dock.

Located on the west bank of the Housatonic River in a well-marked channel, Brown’s Marina offers seasonal and transient slips, plus winter storage options, for pleasure cruisers, recreational fishing boats, commercial fishing boats and other vessels up to 50’. Cedar Island Marina, located on Long Island Sound in Clinton, Connecticut, United States, is a boatyard with 400 slips. It was operating at 94 percent of capacity in 1995, with many transient visitors filling slips vacated when home-port vessels were away.

Located approximately​ 15 miles north of the mouth of the Connecticut River and Long Island Sound, we offer a family-friendly atmosphere, including the seasonal restaurant "The Blue Oar" with direct river access.​

Located at the end of Whitfield Street, at the mouth of the East River, is the Guilford Town Marina. Certified as one of the first Connecticut Clean Marinas it has 122 slips and 14 river moorings. The marina offers convenient access to Long Island Sound. There are scenic views of Grass Island, Faulkner’s Island, and the East River marsh. A paved launch ramp with good water depth at any tide is located in the ENE corner of the parking lot.
