Notifications Regarding Death or Non-Usage. If requested to do so by next of kin or another individual with power of attorney or executory authority, BP will terminate a deceased person's BP account (i.e., remove the deceased person's personal information and profile page content). BP may choose, in its own discretion to terminate a deceased person's BP account without a formal request, but assumes no obligation to do so. Other information left by the deceased person on the Website will not be removed unless deleted by other BP users. Likewise, a BP user representing a business or organization can terminate the business' or organization's BP account at any time and should do so if the business or organization no longer exists. BP may terminate a business' or organization's BP account if BP has reason to believe that the business or organization no longer exists, but assumes no obligation to do so.
