Baumann Propellers LLC, formerly Baumann Marine, Inc., is a family owned and operated business. We are currently Houston’s oldest, largest, and most experienced propeller repair facility. Baumann Propellers has been in business since 1958. Baumann Propellers prides itself with treating customers like family. That attitude along with old school craftsmanship is what keeps customers coming back. We are members of the National Marine Propeller Association and the Houston Boaters Trade Association which helps our customers know we care about accountability. With more than 45 years experience, Mike Hood's Marine Propellers specializes in custom new propellers, new propellers and custom propeller repair. We offer custom designed and fabricated 3 and 4 blade stainless propellers. We are also distributors of Michigan, Rampage and PowerTech inboard and outboard propellers. In addition to custom and new propellers, we are the largest outboard repair shop in Houston, offering repairs on propellers up tp 100" in diameter. We specialize in repair on 3 and 4 blade bronze, aluminum and stainless steel propellers, as well as many types of aluminum boat repairs, skeg replacements and lower unit welding.
