The Anacapa Yacht Club (AYC) was established in 1967 with the intended purpose of promoting sailboat racing in the Oxnard area. AYC was chartered by Southern California Yachting Association on November 25th 1967 and incorporated as a non-profit corporation in the state of California.

Channel Islands Yacht Club (CIYC), situated in the beautiful Channel Islands Harbor, has been serving the needs of its members, the boating community, and Ventura County water-associated activities since its founding in 1960. With an authorized membership of 400, the club has thrived on the enthusiasm, involvement, and volunteer spirit of its members. The club members form a diverse mixture of people from all walks of life sharing a mutual love of the sea. The atmosphere of the harbor-front clubhouse, with its spacious dining room and comfortable bar, is warm and friendly, reflecting the Club’s fine reputation on the Southern California Gold Coast. PCYC takes pride in being one of the friendliest yacht clubs in Southern California. As a member of the Southern California Yachting Association, club members enjoy reciprocity benefits with yacht clubs throughout California, and around the world. But what our members like most is coming to the club on a Friday night for Ice Breakers (Happy Hour) and dinner, meeting friends for bridge (3 groups) staying healthy with yoga, and enjoying the friendships they have made with other members.

Founded in 1872, Santa Barbara Yacht Club is the second oldest yacht club on the west coast of North America. We are a family-oriented club, rich with history and tradition. We're devoted to promoting and managing yachting activities, advancing the art of seamanship, preserving maritime tradition, and providing for the social and recreational needs of our members, while being mindful of our important role in the community.

The Ventura Yacht Club, originally known as the Ventura County Boat Club, was organized in 1938. In 2013 we celebrated our 75th anniversary. Ventura Yacht Club is one of the few clubs on the coast which owns its own clubhouse and slips. The club has a proud history of having started as a do-it-yourself type organization. The club’s official newsletter is the Forecast, which has been published monthly since 1940, one of the oldest continuous publications in yachting. Ventura Yacht Club prides itself in accomplishments which range from an active racing and cruising program, to being one of the prime moving forces in having the Ventura Harbor constructed. The club has long been supportive of the Ventura Port District and Ventura Harbor in matters ranging from lobbying efforts to get the harbor constructed –and reconstructed following devastating 1969 floods– and the breakwater built, to playing key roles in such activities as the annual Christmas Parade of Lights and other functions which help put the harbor’s best foot forward.

The Westlake Yacht Club (WYC) is a private club owned and operated by its Members. Membership is open to the general public. Most Members live in the surrounding communities of Westlake Village, Thousand Oaks, Agoura Hills and Calabasas. WYC is a sailing club with strong and varied social activities. It is not necessary for you to live on the lake or own a boat to become a member. Westlake Yacht Club has and offers reciprocity with other member Yacht Clubs. WYC was the Southern California Yachting Association, Senior Class Yacht Club of the Year in 1998.
