All Marine Surveying has been serving our customers in Southwest Florida for over 20 years. We perform all types of vessel surveys including general, advanced and insurance surveys.

Growing up in Ft. Lauderdale, Florida I have been involved with the marine industry for thirty five years. I worked as a crew-member on several power and sailing yachts, and worked for two boat dealerships rigging, operating & selling power vessels. After four years sailing for the Navy, and receiving an honorable discharge, I pursued a B.A. degree in business and went on to get my United States Coast Guard Sixteen Hundred Ton Oceans Master's License. I have worked on USCG inspected and licensed vessels. I am credentialed by the Nautical Institute, and Licensed by the U.S.C.G. I have also worked in the marine insurance industry for many years.

I started my career as an FAA Airframe and Powerplant mechanic in heavy jet maintenance at a leading air cargo company. I started as a mechanic and worked my way up to a supervisor, and eventually an inspection supervisor.

Later, I went on to found and run a contracting company that would ultimately develop over two hundred custom high-end homes.

Eventually, I decided to eliminate all the layers of people involved in the process and do something simpler. Something better correlated with my interest. Something all to my own. Over the past 25 years I've owned house boats, cruisers, high performance/speed boats and even a jet ski or two. So, in 2013 I founded First Class Marine Surveys (FCMS). With my background in maintenance and inspections, as well as being in my 10th year as a Marine Surveyor, I am not only well qualified, but I love what I do! All marine Surveys are done by myself, not Sub-contractors.
