Cracker Boy Boat Works, established in 1976, is now an established business, known by the entire marine industry. In Riviera Beach, our travelift capacity has increased to 150 tons. We can handle boats up to 110 feet, with drafts of 20 feet. The deep­water hauling capacity in Riviera Beach has made us unique on the United States East coast and attracts racing sailboats from all over the word. The storage capacity of the Ft. Pierce yard has expanded from twenty-four to fifty spaces. The travelift capacity has increased to 75 tons, and it can haul boats up to 70 feet, with drafts of 6 feet.

Derecktor Ft. Pierce is here, and the global fleet has a brand new destination. America’s first repair and refit yard designed and built with the 200 ft., 900 ton and up fleet in mind, Derecktor Ft. Pierce will match the world’s great refit yards in both facility and ability. Situated directly inside Ft. Pierce Inlet just 3nm from the Atlantic Ocean, provides deepwater (28 ft./ 8m) access with no overhead obstructions. Eight acres of level concrete apron give ample storage and repair space, with a newly refitted building housing machine, wood, electrical and pipe shops along with offices and other support services. The world’s largest mobile hoist - 1,500 tons- along with a planned 5,000 ton drydock will give unmatched flexibility and hauling capacity.
