We offer boat slips, land storage, towing, marine salvage and charter boat Shipwreck diving. We have a 15 and 35 ton crane. We also specialize in new dock building and in water and land storage of the docks in the Milwaukee, Menomonee, and KK Rivers.

Crowley's Yacht Yard has grown to become one of the country's largest full-service boat yards with skilled riggers, mechanics, carpenters, installers, and fiberglass technicians on staff year-round. Crowley's operates a full line Ship's Store on site. Crowley's facility covers over 25 acres and handles both sail and powerboats of all shapes and sizes. We have over 800 feet of deep water dock space with indoor and outdoor storage options for over 1400 boats. There is over 200,000 square feet of indoor storage with 100,000 square feet of that space heated. We are able to haul, service and store boats up to 80 feet long weighing up to 35 tons. Crowley's operates two 35 ton Marine Travelifts, a 20,00 pound marina forklift and a 40 ton rough terrain crane to serve boaters needs.

31st Street Harbor is the newest and most anticipated addition to the Chicago harbor system. Completed in 2012 with slips for 1000 boats and a sustainable, eco-friendly design unrivaled in the industry, it provides an exceptional experience for boaters. All slips include metered electric, water (seasonal charge), and complimentary cable TV and Internet access and can accommodate boats from 35′-70′ in length. A naturally insulated parking garage and harbor house provide indoor winter boat storage in the off-season. A 63,000 sq. ft. green roof, rentable indoor community space, and brand new playground make 31st Street Harbor a welcome addition to the neighboring community.

The Abbey Marina, located on the west end of the lake, is a full-service 417 slip facility with the only protected harbor on Geneva Lake. We take care of everything, so you can relax and enjoy the lake. While you’re here and when you’re not, you’ll know that your boat is safe and secure.

Nestled on the southern shore of a private lake, the Alpine Country Club offers delightful country diversions, delicious meals and breathtaking panoramic views of the lake, pool and beach areas. The bed-and-breakfast style clubhouse features a fully-equipped restaurant kitchen and expanded dining room, a bar with a billiards room, a reception room, and children's play room.
