In the heart of Joppa, Maryland right on Gunpowder River, Oasis Marinas at Gunpowder Cove has 270 wet slips, 300 total high/dry racks on-site, and slips large enough for vessels up to 40 feet! Officially starting operations in January 2021, this marina will be great for any boater! The marina offers 89 and 93 octane fuel service with pump-out, a boat ramp, parts/supplies store, and a bait & tackle shop. Guests will also find a full-service repair shop, with an entire staff of certified marine technicians on hand to make sure your boat is ready for the water!

Shelter Cove Yacht Basin is located on 17 acres and offers 150 wet slips, 28 of which are covered, 9 are reserved for transients. The marina can accommodate boats with a max LOA of 50 feet, with a max beam of 12 feet. High/dry rack storage capacity for 100 boats with year around forklift service is also available.

Crowley's Yacht Yard has grown to become one of the country's largest full-service boat yards with skilled riggers, mechanics, carpenters, installers, and fiberglass technicians on staff year-round. Crowley's operates a full line Ship's Store on site. Crowley's facility covers over 25 acres and handles both sail and powerboats of all shapes and sizes. We have over 800 feet of deep water dock space with indoor and outdoor storage options for over 1400 boats. There is over 200,000 square feet of indoor storage with 100,000 square feet of that space heated. We are able to haul, service and store boats up to 80 feet long weighing up to 35 tons. Crowley's operates two 35 ton Marine Travelifts, a 20,00 pound marina forklift and a 40 ton rough terrain crane to serve boaters needs.
