Marker 1 Marina is located 5 minutes away from the beautiful open waters of the Gulf of Mexico, Intercoastal waterways, Honeymoon Island and Caladesi Island. We provide boat storage in wet slips, lift slips and indoor and outdoor high and dry storage.

The marina's amenities are available to both Wet Slip and High & Dry customers. They include WiFi, pool access, laundry, showers, barbeque grills and stationary pump out. Marina personnel are on the premises 24 hours per day.

Our fuel dock stocks unleaded, non-ethanol gasoline and diesel fuel. All of our customers receive a 25¢ discount on all fuel purchases.

In the heart of Joppa, Maryland right on Gunpowder River, Oasis Marinas at Gunpowder Cove has 270 wet slips, 300 total high/dry racks on-site, and slips large enough for vessels up to 40 feet! Officially starting operations in January 2021, this marina will be great for any boater! The marina offers 89 and 93 octane fuel service with pump-out, a boat ramp, parts/supplies store, and a bait & tackle shop. Guests will also find a full-service repair shop, with an entire staff of certified marine technicians on hand to make sure your boat is ready for the water!

Shelter Cove Yacht Basin is located on 17 acres and offers 150 wet slips, 28 of which are covered, 9 are reserved for transients. The marina can accommodate boats with a max LOA of 50 feet, with a max beam of 12 feet. High/dry rack storage capacity for 100 boats with year around forklift service is also available.

Walters Auto Spa is a family-owned full-service boat detailing business. We specialize in interior, exterior, gelcoat buffing and ceramic coatings. Walters Auto Spa offers protection against the corrosion created by salt water and the fouling on the hull caused by the accumulation of algae and/or shells. Today’s procedures to clean the boats’ hull are exhausting and not very environmentally friendly. Our ceramic coating will make the surface so repellent to the harsh underwater elements that the cleaning process will no longer be a problem.
