Since 1997, Lifetime Docks has built over 750 residential/commercial steel boat docks and installed over 900 boat lifts on Norris, Cherokee and Douglas Lakes in east Tennessee. Each dock is carefully planned, designed, engineered, and built to meet the specific needs of our customers. Lifetime Docks is conveniently located on Norris Lake in LaFollette, Tennessee. We operate on a year-round basis, so we’ll be there when you need us! We employ several full-time expert crews; one to build docks and one strictly operating our Service Department. What this means to our customers is NO OUTSIDE CONTRACTORS! We simply do what we do best….build boat docks!

Marina Rowena is the 1st all new marina development on Lake Cumberland in nearly 60 years and located just 4 miles upstream from Wolf Creek Dam. A full service ship store and restaurant will be featured on the main lake at the mouth of Rowena Cove as well as annual and transient boat slips. Fuel, ice, bait, and more are available.

Your trip to Sunset Marina and Resort on Dale Hollow Lake offers everything you’ll want in a lake vacation. We rent houseboats in three sizes to accommodate plans for anything from intimate family vacations to a party on the water. No boat? No worries. We have pontoons in a variety of sizes, jet skis, ski boats and fishing boats…and even a few combination craft that will make everyone happy. You can bring your own water sport accessories or rent from our Ship Store.

Sunset Marina is pleased to be named a Clean Marina by the Army Corps of Engineers in recognition of our commitment to maintaining Dale Hollow Lake’s reputation as one of the nation’s cleanest lakes.
