The Bord du Lac Marina is located on the eastern shore of Lake Charles (on the southern part of the reclamation buildout). It is a transient facility with 38 boat slips equipped with water and electrical utilities. Vessels are free to come and go from the marina throughout the day, but overnight or utility use constitutes reservation for a fee. Slips may be reserved for up to 72-hour periods.

Global Marina is located on Bayou Dinde', just minutes from downtown Lake Charles, Louisiana in Sulphur. Our marina is nestled in a well protected cove and is clearly marked from the ship channel.

We are an informal sailing club located in Lake Charles, LA (east of the I10 bridge, exit 30A next to the public beach). We organize weekly races on Wednesdays as well as occasional regattas and social events on weekends. The club also offers free sailing lessons every year (typically the second week of June).

The Toledo Bend Reservoir is located on the Sabine River, which forms the boundary between Texas and Louisiana. The reservoir is the largest man made lake in the south and encompasses 185,000 acres of Texas and Louisiana. The reservoir provides the area with hydroelectric power, fresh water and more bass than any other lake in Texas. With over 1200 miles of coastline, Toledo Bend Reservoir offers unlimited opportunity for recreational development and activity. The waters of Toledo Bend have been accurately described as the Black Bass capitol of the world. One of the top five Striper lakes in Texas, the lake offers every challenge and reward the angler dreams of. Deer, Duck, and genuine southern friendliness come only second to the bass population! Even the occasional 80 pound catfish will come by for a cup of coffee and to talk about the weather. We take pride in our reputation as a family resort and a fisherman/hunter's retreat. We are currently in the process of replacing our entire marina. Although the marina is under construction, we do have a boat launch and limited boat slips available. We invite you to enjoy our convenience store with basic groceries, bait, tackle, ice, gas and refreshments on the water.
