Complete boat commissioning service for preparation, bottom painting, washing and waxing are available. Rigging, hauling, and launching are included in our repertoire. In summary, we can handle most all of your boating needs! We provide electric service in 30 amp 50 amp. Launch service is available at a modest charge for our mooring customers. Barden’s Boat Yard is a full-service boatyard, with two facilities in Marion. Our main waterfront facility is located in picturesque Sippican Harbor. A full-service operation with a 35-ton travel-lift, crane service, boat transportation, wood & fiberglass repair along with the service & repair of power systems. Our inland facility is located at 35 Benson Brook Road. 10,000 square feet of inside, secured storage. Outside storage is also available at both locations. In the winter, we offer inside or outside storage for boats from 16’ to 60’. In the summer, we offer moorings, some dock space, fuel, and our rack service for powerboats up to 32’.

Conanicut Marina, Conanicut Boat Yard and the Conanicut Marine Ship's Store & Chandlery are located in Jamestown, R.I. at the mouth of the Naragansett Bay, one mile west of Newport harbor. Seasonal and transient deep-water moorings and dockage are available. Marina guests enjoy clean facilities, a courtesy island shuttle and easy access to the Jamestown Newport Ferry. CMS has a modern, full-service mechanics shop for fiberglass repairs, Awigrip paint, and rigging, staged by professional craftsmen and certified technicians; service and parts for all major engine manufacturers such as Cummins, Yamaha, Evinrude E-TEC, Honda, Yanmar and Westerbeke. Engines are available at the Chandlery, as well as clothing, shoes and gift items. The Boat Yard has 10 acres of outside storage for all size vessels and plenty of indoor and climate-controlled storage.
