Family owned business since 1947 (our 70th year) located on US Route 1 just a mile from the Kennebec River. We specialize in small boats to 24 ft. and Evinrude ETEC and G2 outboards by BRP, Pro-Line Boats, Starcraft and Seaway Boats. We are open year round.

From spoon bow to gently sloped transom, the design elements of Back Cove Yachts speak to a Maine lobster boat heritage. Yet below the surface are modern deep-vee hulls, just waiting for an owner to push the throttle forward and to jump up onto plane.

Bamforth Marine is a third generation family owned business specializing in marine sales and service. We sell Maritime Skiffs, Echo Rowing Shells, Bay of Maine Boats and Shaw boats in several different styles and lengths. Advanced Marine Inflatables (AMI) and Walker Bay boats round out our small boat line-up.

In business since 1982, Bowden Marine's full time year round operation sells and provides certified service for Boston Whaler and A-B boats, Mercury, and Yamaha engines. Hours are M-F 8:00 am to 5: pm and Sat. 9:00 am -12:00 noon in season.
