Welcome to the City of Alpena's Marina. Our Marina is owned and maintained by the City of Alpena, operated by Thunder Bay Shores Marine, Inc. and governed by the policies of the Michigan State Waterways Commission, a division of the Michigan Department of Natural Resources. All of our guidelines follow our grant-in-aid agreement with the Michigan State Waterways Commission and City regulations. Located on Lake Huron's Thunder Bay, the City of Alpena offers a full service marina to the boating public. The City has outsourced the day-to-day operation of our marina to Thunder Bay Shores Marina, Inc. Under the guidance of Michael Connolly and Richard Calgary, our marina offers a maintenance/repair facility, marina store, dock hands to help boaters cast off and tie up, refueling boats with gasoline or diesel, and a sewage pump-out station.

Deemed the Nautical City many years ago, Rogers City is a small, vibrant northeast Michigan community located on the shores of Lake Huron. Located on the beautiful Lake Huron shoreline, Rogers City Marina is something you will not want to miss! The marina is well protected, has very clear water, and can accommodate all your boating needs. Fuel, pump-outs, transient dockage, courtesy bikes and car, a beach, parks, and ice cream are all located right at the marina!
