These are INDIVIDUAL, ENCLOSED, 24-HOUR ACCESS UNITS with CONCRETE FLOORING, INSULATED STEEL BUILDINGS, INTERIOR LIGHTING. AUTOMATIC EXTERIOR FLOOD LIGHTS AND SECURITY CAMERAS. CUSTOMER RESTROOM. 100+ FT of LEVEL GRAVEL PARKING in front of each building and an expansive wrap around driveway so you have plenty of space to come, go, or park. A 20 AMP outlet is located in each unit, but a 50 AMP outlet is available for an additional fee. A security fence is coming in Summer 2019, but each unit is equipped with a lock and your own key.
