Donnalley Marine Services was established in 1993. Brian Donnalley has been a SAMS accredited marine surveyor since 1995, and a NAMS certified marine surveyor since 2001. Our clients include insurance companies, attorneys, financial institutions, commercial and personal boat owners.

With deep roots in Emerald Isle, North Carolina, and a lifelong immersion in charter and commercial fishing, my passion for boating is more than just a career—it's a way of life. When I am not working on boats, I spend my "time off" enjoying them. I am an avid fisherman, freediver and underwater photographer. Growing up on the water and spending countless hours offshore has given me invaluable insights into boating safety and vessel performance.
