Melvin Village Marina Canvas Company has opened at Melvin Village Marina in the original marina showroom and office. It is fully stocked with the latest machinery, including a Brother computer controlled embroidery machine, a Juki five thread over lock surger sewing machine and several Juki walking foot long neck sewing machines. Janya Gladu was a top graduate of the Smolensk School of Textile Arts in Central Russia and holds a Masters Degree in Mathematics from Smolenskiy Pedagogicheskiy Institute. With 30 years of experience in canvas and upholstery, Janya has been producing high quality, extremely precise work, consistently on schedule. Janya can accommodate everything from small repairs to complete interior replacement and custom canvas. The shop can house up to four boats at one time and has overhead clearance in excess of fourteen feet. Depending on the size of the job, work can usually be completed in a matter of days. Many times, there is no need to bring the boat to us for repairs or replacements on individual cushions. We also operate a weekly pick-up service at many of the local marinas on the North side of Lake Winnipesaukee. Work can also be dropped off at our Ossipee location.

Monadnock Boat Store is a full service powerboat dealership founded in Rindge, NH in 1996. We presently sell and service Starcraft fiberglass deck boats, and Sylvan pontoon boats. We are also dealers for Mercury and Honda outboard motors and Mercruiser and Volvo sterndrives as well as Karavan trailers. We can provide service on virtually any boat or motor and we have a fully stocked parts & accessory store. Our new location, on Route 9 in Stoddard, NH is also available to serve you. Serving the Monadnock Region for over 23 years, Monadnock Boat Store is the only stop you’ll have to make for all your boating needs.
