Dave takes over the lease at O’Hara’s Landing. That he same year, he meets his wife Mickey. He sells her gas for her boat. She never leaves.
More than 40 years ago, Mary, who still runs our restaurant and makes the best pancakes around, joined us at the marina. Barry began in the boathouse shortly after. Fred has built a part of every building on site. Collin, an award winning mechanic, started with us in 1994. They are all still with us. We consider our employees family.

Colin Pottbecker is the owner and founder of Waters Edge Land and Marine. Sculpting waterfronts and building docks was just apart of growing up for Colin. Waters Edge began as a summer job during college utilizing skills rooted in his family. It continued to prosper as Colin studied architecture at Roger Williams University and later went into commercial construction management. That summer job has grown into a year round business. Our mission at Waters Edge is to maximize our client’s waterfronts. To accomplish this, we strive to understand the desires of our clients and develop a plan to make it come to life. From seasonal waterfront preparation and dismantling, to complete property overhauls, we commit to delivering the final vision you had in mind.
