Big Mineral Marina offers two different types of boats. We have pontoon boats for fishing or sight seeing (but cannot be used for skiing or tubing). We also rent 19 fish-n-ski boats, that can be used for fishing, skiing, or tubing. Boat Types. All boat rental reservations require that you be at least 25 years of age and have a major credit card. Newberry Creek Marina Resort is a full service marina located on the Washita Arm of lake Texoma, off Hwy 70, between Kingston and Mead, Oklahoma. Marina.
