This uniquely beautiful farm has been operating successfully for over 50 years and is both a trout hatchery as well as a place for recreational fishing. We have a pristine water source, which represents the “heart” of our more than nine acres of fishing waters. Teeming with thousands of rainbow, brook, brown, tiger and golden trout, as well as other fish species, Rainbow Paradise truly offers a rewarding and memorable fishing experience for everyone.

Since 1989, the philosophy of The Feathered Hook has been simple: to help every person who comes to fly fish central Pennsylvania’s wild trout streams achieve their goals, catch more fish, and enjoy themselves all the more. Our Fly Shop and Bed & Breakfast are located on the banks of Penns Creek, uniquely situated and equipped. The Feathered Hook is centrally located to target brown trout and brookies on the world-class limestone streams of Pennsylvania, including Penns Creek, Elk Creek, Pine Creek, Big Fishing Creek, and Spring Creek.
