My biggest concern as a visitor to the lake 2-3 times a year is that my dealership is located 5 hours away and if I'm in a bind none of the local dealers will be able to take care of me. Phil understood my scenario, communicated quickly, and clearly does what he does because he enjoys helping people. He was kind, professional, knowledgeable and spent the time to explaining how to deal if the issue would arise again. I was able to enjoy the rest of my trip, thank you Phil!
