This Lake of the Ozarks homeowner wanted a complete and custom dock renovation. This dock renovation consisted of a 6ft roof raise, color-matched lumber rock bang board, new pearlings and posts, custom roof skirting with arches, new concrete tiles, new floats under the entire dock, slip fill to extend the width of the walkways, installed new PWC lifts, custom boat lift platform, underwater bracing, custom marble countertop installed, fish cleaning station, 5x8 cantilever/ sunshade overhang, wet step high dive and ladder installation, slip bumpers and rollers, and lastly, a Dock Life Guard Shock Warning System.
