Bottoms Up Detail began as a mobile boat detailer in spring of 2003. Nick had years of experience cleaning and bottom painting boats working at a marine as a kid. After stepping away from boat detailing for a few years, Nick was asked to detail a co-workers boat. Nick took the opportunity to dust off his Dewalt buffer and buff this gentlemen’s boat. After seeing the results he remembered how much he enjoyed detailing. So the customer told his friend, and he told his friends, and so on and so on. With all this happening Bottoms Up Yacht Detail was created. Nick has always had a passion for cars as well, as a teen he would always clean and detail his own car every weekend. A boat customer once asked him to detail his wife’s car, he did and Bottoms Up Yacht Detail became Bottoms Up Detail. Boats turned into cars, cars turned into motorcycle, motorcycle, turned into motor homes and trailers.

At just 20 years old, I decided I wanted to start a business. Although I knew it would be a challenge without any experience, my love for automobiles drove my ambition! I had always made it a point to keep vehicles I owned in beautiful condition. I enjoyed that clean sparkle and seeing paint shine with its glass like texture. It made me realize that my passion for cars and maintaining them should be shared with everyone. That is how Advanced Mobile Detailing was born! After developing both working and business experience at a local detailing shop, I felt ready to take on the world. I took the time to research and realized that one particular area of detailing was still very underdeveloped. That's right, the mobile side. The competition was limited so I took a leap of faith. I quickly got ahold of a van and got to work. Im proud to say that several years and a thousand plus vehicles later we are still going strong!
