A-1 Marine has been in business for over 30 years on Lake Hartwell…..providing Marine Sales, Service, and Storage our customers. Rich and Beth Mewborn purchased the business in late 2010 and immediately began to invest in upgrading the facilities, including renovating the store and office, expanding the repair area, constructing a cleaning and detailing area, and purchasing tools and equipment needed to be more efficient. The upgrades have continued and an expansion of storage capacity is now being planned.

Boundary Waters Resort & Marina
Boundary Waters is a full-service marina nestled in a protected cove on beautiful Lake Chatuge. We offer 200 covered wet slips for annual or seasonal leases. Open slips and jet-ski slips are also available.

Winter Season storage (November through March) is available, both in covered wet slips as well as dry storage at our secured lots. We continually maintain our facilities and strive to have the nicest, cleanest marina in the North Georgia / Western Carolina area.

SERVICE DEPARTMENT
Our highly trained staff of certified mechanics makes our service department one of the most respected in the area. We are a full-service marina with certified marine mechanics on staff. We service Suzuki, Honda, Yamaha, Evinrude, Johnson, Nissan Tohatsu, Mercruiser, Volvo Penta, Indmar, Pleasurecraft, and more. We also keep a large selection of parts and popular accessories in-stock in our Ship's Store.

CUSTOM CANVAS
Boundary Waters Resort & Marina features a custom canvas shop with numerous options for protecting and enhancing your boat. We can build Sunbrella full enclosures to protect your boat and prolong your boating season by shielding you from the elements. We also make low-profile seat covers, full mooring covers, bimini tops, and much more. We can even construct custom stainless or aluminum bimini frames.
