We are based at Bowman Springs Park, 7003 West Poly Webb Rd at Lake Arlington, but have adventures throughout the Metroplex area--and sometimes beyond. While we are a rental and instructional company, we also do special events and tours, river and lake trips, sunset and moonlight paddles, fishing excursions, and almost anything else our members would like to do on the water in a paddle-craft. We have canoes, kayaks (recreational, Sit on top, touring, tandem, and whitewater) and Stand Up Paddle Boards. Or you can bring your own boat. Don't know how to paddle? No problem. Callender Lake is one of the few lakes in Texas that is considered to be a constant level lake, as it is fed by natural springs and several different streams and water sources. The deepest part of the lake is about 18 feet. The State of Texas does not allow any water diversion (pumping from the lake) for any reason. The lake is managed by a joint CLPOIA/HHPOIA Fish & Wildlife Committee and is regularly stocked with a variety of fish. The Fish & Wildlife Committee also monitors all lake vegetation and fish habitats. Fishing is allowed from both boats and fishing piers but is reserved for residents and guests only and no professional guides are authorized on the lake. The lake is both a fishing and recreational lake. Jet skis, sailing boats, fishing boats, pontoon boats and other small boats are allowed. Because of the size and depth of the lake, large watercraft are not recommended because they induce large wakes that damage retaining walls and create unnecessary erosion of the dam.

Captain Cal is a licensed Merchant Marine Captain, having passed his 100 ton exam. He has had experience as a charter captain in the Gulf of Mexico and has guided on Lake Texoma for the past 18 years.
