Harris Bay Yacht Club is a full-service, member-owned club established in 1983 and is located at the foothills of the Adirondacks in New York State. Two hundred and seventy slips sit on the shores of beautiful Lake George; the Queen of Lakes! Members, renters, and their guests enjoy the full-service facility that features a long list of amenities, including an Adirondack Style Club House with restrooms, showers, laundry facilities, Kitchenette, picnic tables, and gas grills. HBYC provides all your boating needs with an onsite Ship Store, Gas Dock with pump out, an on-site mechanic, and professionally trained dockhands to maximize your boating pleasure.

HBYC member-owners elect a Board of Directors who oversee the general operations of the club. The Directors are all club owners making decisions in the best interest of the club. Among the other services offered at the club, Membership rights include dockage with freshwater, individual shore power, and boat launch/haul. Winterization in the Fall and dewinterization in the Spring, as well as outside winter storage, are also included. HBYC offers inside storage at an additional rate per SQFT. HBYC rents slips in varying sizes and is one of the few marinas on Lake George to accommodate larger boats. Green Mountain Marina offers boat, motor, and trailer sales and service. Green Mountain Marina is the only dealership in the area with a fully authorized and equipped service facility on the water, allowing us to service all major brands conveniently and effectively. We are a full-service marina, staffed by engine technicians that are school-trained with today's engine computer programs. Our technicians have all the special tools and supplies in stock to help you get your boat back in service and out on the water. Green Mountain Marina offers a full array of technical services including but not limited to: technical troubleshooting, engine diagnostics and repair, maintenance, engine tuning, re-powers, summerization, winterization and shrink wrapping.

Dave takes over the lease at O’Hara’s Landing. That he same year, he meets his wife Mickey. He sells her gas for her boat. She never leaves.
More than 40 years ago, Mary, who still runs our restaurant and makes the best pancakes around, joined us at the marina. Barry began in the boathouse shortly after. Fred has built a part of every building on site. Collin, an award winning mechanic, started with us in 1994. They are all still with us. We consider our employees family.
