The Anacortes Yacht Club is the second oldest continuously functioning yacht club in Washington State and was formed on July 23, 1891. The club continues to this day thanks to the active involvement of its many members. There is a full schedule of year-round sailboat races, cruises, and social get-togethers. A variety of races are held from February through November and many members participate in regattas held throughout the Pacific Northwest, including Victoria, Vancouver, Seattle, and various other locations. Two major regattas, the AYC Tulip Regatta and the AYC Windermere Regatta, are held each spring in Anacortes, and there are other invitational races. Each year, at least one race is scheduled with the Bellingham and Corinthian Yacht Clubs and many AYC members are active in other Northwest races and regattas. Many members enjoy the cruising program, which includes day-trips and weekend cruises to the nearby San Juan Islands, as well as longer cruises with destinations as distant as Barkley and Desolation Sound. Social events also include salmon barbecues, crab dinners, chili cook-offs and monthly dinner meetings.

Enjoying our outstanding waterfront facilities, we revel in each other's company and boating knowledge, the extraordinary sailing and cruising in the beautiful Pacific Northwest and the many benefits our club offers.

The club exists to provide opportunities for folks to enjoy life, make new friends and have fun with others. We also provide opportunities to serve, both others in the club and in the community. In service we find ways to develop meaningful relationships and grow personally.

Edmonds Yacht Club was founded in 1961 in conjunction with the opening of the Port of Edmonds boat harbor as a focal point for those who wished to enhance their enjoyment of boat ownership with the social camaraderie of fellow boaters. Our membership consists of a wide spectrum of boaters, from families with young children to retired grandparents and a whole bunch in between. We’re an active, cruising club that conducts a cruise almost every month. We usually conduct a major cruise around the three main summer holidays, cruising to destinations such as Port Orchard over the Memorial Day weekend, San Juan Islands during the Independence Day holiday and Port Ludlow for the Labor Day weekend. We often plan an extended cruise further north following our July 4th event.

We offer our members a myriad of activities, including social functions, participation in community events and boating activities. Fidalgo Yacht Club is known for being a “cruising club,” and we take full advantage of the opportunity to join with our fellow members to explore the San Juan’s, British Columbia’s Sunshine Coast and the South Sound. Informal cruises take us further north to Desolation Sound, the Broughtons, BC's north coast, Vancouver's west side and SE Alaska.

Located in scenic Kingston, WA, the Kingston Cove Yacht Club, KCYC, aims to be the ‘best little yacht club’ with a fun boating life and rewarding clubhouse events. It doesn’t matter if you have a boat or just love the water, we are a fun-loving casual group. KCYC provides a myriad of opportunities for casual cruises, land bound get-togethers and community service. Our Club meetings take place on the 3rd Thursday of each month. We connect with wonderful people and places that make this part of Puget Sound the best for boating and social enjoyment.

Adjacent to the Oak Harbor Marina, Oak Harbor Yacht Club members enjoy a fun, relaxed environment. We promote an interest in boating-related activities, as well as a variety of social activities. If you are interested in becoming a member, please contact us for additional information.

Port Madison Yacht Club has been promoting family sailing since 1956. Located in beautiful Hidden Cove, off of Port Madison at the north end of Bainbridge Island, our facilities include a modest clubhouse, extensive docks, deep-water buoys, lovely natural grounds, and storage for members’ dinghies and tenders. Our members are active sailors, participating in big boat racing, dinghy racing, and junior sailing regattas – many of these events sponsored and hosted by PMYC. In addition, many of our members are cruisers, exploring both the spectacular cruising grounds close to home and traveling throughout around the globe. Our mission at Poulsbo Yacht Cub is to “Promote safe and courteous boating on Puget Sound.” On any given day, you can find our members cruising, sailing, fishing, dipping a crab trap, or enjoying a quiet anchorage at one of the thousands of locations available to northwest boaters.
