Evan joined the Pacific Marine Surveyors family in 2020 after working in the commercial shipping industry for 10 years. He is a graduate of the California Maritime Academy class of 2011 and majored in Marine Transportation. He holds a 3rd Mate Unlimited tonnage USCG license, as well as a 1600 Ton Captains license with an unlimited towing endorsement. He spent most of his sea-going career on offshore and ship assist tugs working for Crowley Maritime. His passion for boating started from a young age and continues to be on the water with his family, taking their boat to Catalina Island as well as local sailing and racing whenever they can.

Daniel is the Principal Surveyor at Pacific Marine Surveyors. He attended the California Maritime Academy, earning his degree in Marine Engineering and obtaining his US Coast Guard 3rd Engineers Unlimited license. After graduating from the Maritime Academy, Daniel worked out at sea on commercial ships under his license. Daniel has grown up sailing and working on boats his whole life. Starting at a young age, Daniel would help his father, Rick with surveying during the summer when he wasn't sailing or once he graduation, working on a ship. Daniel decided to come shoreside in 2015 and has been surveying ever since. He has shipped over 50,000 ocean miles and sailed over 20,000 miles, including a number of Transpac and Mexico races. ​Daniel attended the Chapman School of Seamanship Marine Surveying Program and graduated with at the top of his class with honors.
