Excelsior Yacht Surveys

Christopher Shearman is an Accredited Marine Surveyor® with SAMS® inspecting all types of vessels, power and sailing from 20' to 200 feet plus. He is also a Project Manager of custom built new construction and extensive refits, of private luxury Super Yachts. The projects that he has managed range from budgets of $50,000.00 to over $60,000,000.00. These projects required not only extensive technical & engineering background, but involved extensive organization & communication, problem solving under tight deadlines, firing & hiring of managers and department heads, negotiating with multiple international contractors & sub contractors, reviewing and renegotiating pre-existing contracts, and revising budgets and schedules.
