I was a loyal regular customer of Pootoon for the previous two years when it was owned and operated by Michael Moon, who always provided quick and professional service. Since Michael sold the business in November 2021 to Daniel Steadman (per GA corp search) I have not been able to get the new owner to come out and provide pumpout service in spite of multiple requests. Out of the numerous attempts I have made via text, phone call, and facebook messenger, I received only one reply indicating he would put us on the schedule for the following week. He then failed to show up to provide service and will not respond to any of my texts. I have spoken to multiple friends on our dock who also used to be clients of Pootoon and everyone seems to have the same issue. This is so unfortunate. I can't understand why someone would buy out a thriving business and then not provide service to existing clients.
