As the owner of Billyacht Marine Surveying, LLC. my goal is to assist clients in valuation and purchase of new and used vessels. Additionally, help insurance companies determine damage and insurability claims. I hold a Master of Towing license for the Great Lakes, Inland waters, and Western rivers. I am a member of American Boat and Yacht Council (ABYC) as well as the USCG Auxiliary. I was trained at Chapman School of Seamanship where I received a certificate for Yacht and small craft surveying. I’ve been a Merchant Mariner for 8+ years, Where I have been doing Internal vessel audits, USCG Compliance, SIRE inspections, on both commercial motor vessels and petroleum tank barges. I spent over 17 years in the US Army. I was discharged honorably.
