I met the owner almost 10 years ago on a technical support phone call. I was doing tech for a large marine company. Bob was a super knowledgeable and friendly guy and we ended up being friends on the phone and Facebook. I left the Out board manufacturer in Sept 2023 and came down to Tennessee to help out with the marine shop.
