Canvas Connection

Contacted them for a quote on a bimini top. Agreed to their price and timeline two months ago and week after week of me asking for a contract so I can get on their schedule I finally gave up. They wasted two months that I could have been getting on someone else's schedule.

After 15 months and constant pressure to complete our boat bimini and enclosure, Al with Canvas Connection rushed the job at last minute and delivered us a sloppy, poorly fitted and unprofessional product. The pictures on his site do not reflect the job we have received. He now has about half of the cost of our bid and has refused to take back the top and enclosure and refund our money. We now have a top and enclosure we have no use for. We have had another company look at it hoping to salvage some of the materials and make corrections, but they stated it could not be fixed and would have to start over. We have a very nice boat that we charter and we would be embarrassed to have this enclosure on our boat. I wish I could post pictures so you can see for youself.

Alan made a full cover for my Sea Ray 400 Express Cruiser and I am very pleased with its performance. It is easy to handle, had a access door, and has kept the boat clean between uses.
