Friendly with good communication. I can't verify the quality or thoroughness of the job because I'm not currently in town but the picture forwarded was mistakenly thought to be the 'after' pic. When I saw the CORRECT 'after' pic, I was pleasantly surprised so I'm adding that 5th star. Will reuse and would recommend them to a friend.

I can't verify the quality or thoroughness of the job because I'm not currently in town but the picture forwarded to me shows there is still a fair amount of dirt and growth at the waterline. But that's OK since I only got it cleaned in the water because I am transporting it by water this weekend and didn't have time for a full haul-out. The waterline is the only reason I took a star off.
