Very accommodating and thorough

Jessie helped me in diagnosing my 96 wave raiders. He was very cooperative and accommodating during the whole process. Since I was unable to be there while Jessie was doing his diagnostic work, he sent videos of his findings. There were some challenges that he ran into, dead batteries, but took them upon himself to help me out. I’d recommend dockside outboard service to anyone (that I liked ;)).

Dockside Outboard Service provided excellent customer service on my bass boat. Jesse contacted me and kept me updated on the date and time my boat would be worked on. He showed up early on the day scheduled and completed all work on the bid. This company provides excellent customer service at a very fair price!!!!

Called and got the owner. Checked out my motor and sent me a quote to do the service on my dock Did everything he said he would do for the price I was quoted. He showed up on time Great service
