President Jim Delegro has been in the Marine industry for 23 years. He started in the repair end of the business as an engine builder and machinist in 1994, and for the past 17 years, has assisted Marine and RV dealerships grow their new and used unit sales by way of an aggressive staff and great lender relationships.?Elite Recreational Finance is built on genuine friendships with our dealer base and strives to make every customer feel welcome, regardless of credit profile.
