Firstmate came to my boat and checked all the fluids and showed me what to look for and maintain. They spent a good 25 minutes just walking me through the basics. Very knowledgeable and polite. To top it of, he did it free of charge!
I will be calling Firstmate for all my future boating needs.

Don't call anyone else! New to the Lake of the Ozarks and needing a mechanic, I called Firstmate. I couldn't have been more impressed! Their punctuality, ability to correctly diagnose what the problem was, how to fix it and offering the most economical solution for me left me completely satisfied and my boat running better than ever. The overall professionalism from the office to the mechanic coming out to my dock was not only impressive but quite refreshing. The mechanic was extremely knowledgeable while still able to explain to me exactly what was malfunctioning. If I could give more than 5 stars I would - no need to look any further!
