Captain David Dillman fishes out of Eagle Point Fishing Camp, which is centrally located on Galveston Bay. He started his Galveston Bay fishing charter service there in the 1980s. At that time, he became dubbed as the Innovative Leader of Utilizing Live Croakers in the Pursuit of Speckled Trout. Since then, using croaker as bait has become one of the most popular ways to catch trout on Galveston Bay.
