Great Island Boat Yard cares for well over 200 boats in the winter and hosts 100 in the marina during the summer. We offer “shipyard” capabilities with the personal and friendly service of a small family business. Over half of our customers come to us from other New England states. A parade of boats makes the 120-mile trip between GIBY and the Cape Cod Canal every spring and fall. We paint, repair, repower, and refit dozens of sailboats and motor yachts annually.
