Great Lakes Castaway

I met Jennifer from Castaway Customs at the Boat Show in Detroit in January 2023. I was interested in having flooring installed on a boat I'd purchased over the Fall. I had no idea of pricing and knew I'd have to wait until boating season started in order to get an accurate quote. Well, at least that what I'd thought. After she'd asked me a few questions, the two of us realized at the same time that she already knew my boat and already had the scan of my layout!!!!! She was able to give me pricing on the spot! From there, we had a few more phone conversations over the next month or two and I was SOLD! Flooring ordered and installed well before this year's boating season kickoff. Brett came out and did a SUPERB job. I love my new flooring and I loved this experience and service. Thank you, Brett and Jennifer!

As typical we price shopped at first. We looked at multiple flooring and talked to others at our marina who have had flooring installed within the last 5 or so years. We chose seadek because it outperformed everything else we had seen. Then it came down to who we wanted to install it. We talked to a few installers in the area and really once we met Bret and Jen at Castaway Customs we knew we wanted them to install it. They were extremely knowledgeable about the flooring and how to create a custom template for my 20 year old Sea Ray Amberjack 290. The flooring looks amazing and really makes the boat look much newer. Thanks again Bret and Jen!

Love my new SeaDek floor. I feel it brought much more value to my boat than what it cost. Jen and Brett are great to work with. Jen is very responsive and always got back to me and answered my questions. I was very impressed with Brett and how knowledgeable he is. He did quality work on time and at the agreed upon price. Both Jen and Brett are good people and I highly recommend them
