Joshua Gould and JR were the single most customer focused people I've dealt with in years--so much so that JR personally delivered my Sons Rays'd stainless steel, RGBW backlit letters on Christmas Day as a surprise to me ad my wife! From the minute we contacted them, through the design process; to the actual delivery of the high quality, amazing finished product; they both offered a level of communication and service I haven't seen before. If they sell another product that I can put on my Sea Ray 460--I wont buy from anyone else--simply because I don't think the service and quality could be topped.
