If I could give zero stars, I would. My experience with this company has been nothing short of frustrating and disappointing. In the fall of 2023, I hired them to shrink-wrap a 27' Rinker for a customer. They completed the job and left, but after just one season, the seams began to fail, and the wrap started deteriorating. By the following season, my customer requested it to be redone. The boat, which is rarely used and has under 100 hours, was left covered in mold when I removed the wrap. Upon closer inspection, I discovered that the vents they installed were lying flat on top of the boat, allowing rain and snow to enter for two years. This caused significant damage to the upholstery, and despite extensive cleaning efforts, the mold was deeply set and could not be removed. Additionally, I noticed that instead of properly removing and storing the bimini top, they had simply laid it down on the cushion, creating a deep crease that permanently altered the material and even caused discoloration. The most frustrating part, however, was their complete lack of accountability and customer service. I emailed Joan in their office with detailed pictures on November 25th, yet received no response for two days. When I followed up with a call, she confirmed receipt of the email and stated she had passed the information along to Ken, the owner. However, she also mentioned that they would likely do nothing about it and that I would have to wait until the end of their season for a final decision. After seven additional emails and five phone calls—all ignored—I finally received a response on January 23rd. Their reply essentially dismissed any responsibility, citing that their shrink wrap is only guaranteed for one season (despite never providing a contract stating this). They also claimed the damage could not have occurred within the first season, despite the clear evidence in the photos. When I requested documentation proving their alleged one-season guarantee, I received no response. Further attempts to contact them via phone went unanswered. Beyond their poor workmanship, they also lack transparency in pricing. I was quoted a price over the phone but was charged $100–$200 more per boat, with no clear explanation. Additionally, they fail to provide scheduling estimates, leaving you guessing when they will show up. Final Recommendation: Avoid this company. They do not stand behind their work, take no responsibility for damages, and have unprofessional business practices. If you value your time, money, and property, look elsewhere.
