Captain Mario Posse has been surveying yachts for years in the South Florida area. His extensive background for over 30 years in the marine industry has enabled him to thoroughly inspect both power boats and sailing vessels with a thoroughness and attention to detail; giving his clients the confidence that through his survey reports, they will receive a complete understanding of any issues with their vessel; whether they are deciding on a purchase or to review its seaworthiness for insurance underwriter’s purposes. Captain Posse long history in the marine industry began 30 years ago, where he was the dockmaster of a busy marina. He ultimately owned and operated his own charter fleet where he oversaw all maintenance which included familiarity and troubleshooting experience in all design, electrical, plumbing, diesel and gasoline engines issues as well as inspecting running and standing rigging and keeping abreast of all necessary marine codes (A.B.Y.C., N.F.P.A. and the Federal C.F.R.’s). In addition to maintaining his charter company; he has been a delivery captain as well as teaching sailing and powerboating to new time owners. Capt. Posse bring his years of indispensable hands-on knowledge to the surveying field to assure you, his/her client, the necessary information to make an informed decision for all your boating needs.
