Poly Lift Boat Lifts

Over the July 4th weekend, my tritoon slipped off the cleats during a lift, puncturing a tube on a bolt on my brand X lift. Poly Lift has done a ton of work on my lift, and sold me a new one for my waverunner. In this instance, I called brand X - and they refused to even put it on the schedule. So, I called Poly Lift to help. They immediately responded - they arrived in less than 2 hours on a Sunday afternoon. Two guys worked hard to get the boat off the bolt and onto the lift correctly, setting it up for the marina's welder to to get access to patch it. And scheduled a time to come make the adjustments and add an after market bumper solution to brand X's lift to prevent a recurrence. Like always - my heroes! Poly Lift has earned my loyalty big time. Had an old lift of a different brand. Worked to try to get quote from them for months to no avail. Talked to Charlie, he came right out and followed up. He advised on what type of lift we should consider. When I placed the ordered, he gave me an installation date. Lift was installed on that day by a great crew. All in all it was a great experience.

Recently bought a house at lake and had another well known company install a lift for my pontoon, they assured me it was what I needed, turns out, they not only installed it wrong but it also wasn’t set up for my boat, reached out to mark at polylift, he was out within a couple days to look it over and tell me what needed to be done to correct it, instead, I opted to have poly lift install a new lift, they made a deal with me to ease the financial loss on the other one and installed correctly a new lift set up for my boat, great company and I will be using them again!

Poly Lift installed 2 lifts for us in the past 18 months. As I was cleaning under them noticed the back of both motors weee off and saw shredded aluminum under one. I spoke with Mark who is one of the owners on Wednesday and said he would get someone out to replace both motors the same day or the next. Two of his guys showed up the same day and replaced both motors! We have family coming into town for the weekend and now able to use both lifts! I’m very pleased with the lifts and the service was more than expected! If you are shopping around for boat lift, Poly Lift should be at the top of your list!!!

I'm in a very rough water part of the lake of the Ozarks and these lifts work perfectly without any problems. The people I worked with were professional and got the installation done quickly. I would highly recommend them.

We bought a condo this past March, and purchased a used lift which failed after 3 weeks as we raised our boat out of the water. We called Mark and he had guys on our dock in 20 minutes. This was just as Lake Race had finished up for the day. When they showed up they were still in their gear from working that. They then worked for the next 4 hours to rescue the boat. He had a used Polylift that was the correct size for our boat that we purchased and we love it. It is now December and my wife just received a text from Mark with a pic of our boat on our lift. He was in our complex checking on a couple of used lifts that were coming into him, and sent her a pic to tell us that the boat was ok and everything was looking good. Above and beyond customer service is what you will get when you go with Polylift. They have customers for life with us!
