I purchased a winch from this company while on vacation 4 hours from home. The handle on the winch is defective and stripped the very first time we tried to use it. We ended up stranded on the lake in our boat until we could find someone with a tool that we could make work. I called the store and she told me I would have to ship the winch back to them for a refund. This is a heavy winch and costs a lot to mail. They wouldn't cover the shipping. She said it's not her problem she doesn't make the winch. I shouldn't have to fork out additional shipping money to return a winch that is defective. The company should stand behind the product they sell. She didn't care at all. Not her problem. I would stear clear of this store and make your purchases somewhere else.
